Details and pricing for social media content as a stand alone service. If you wish to add social media content to a Real Estate Media Package, please see Add-Ons section below.
2-Count Reel Package | $300
A 1.5-2 hour shoot, resulting in 2 quality vertical video edits for you to share on social media.
6-Count Reel Package | $850
A 3-4 hour shoot, resulting in 6 quality vertical video edits. Multiple filming locations are optional, but still apply to our standard travel fees (anything over 1-hour or 50 miles.)
10-Count B-Roll Add-On | $65
High-quality, 4-10 second vertical video clips, that will be shot in addition to the reel content, to be used for additional posts of your own making.

Add another layer of buyer connection with a Realtor Spotlight, which allows you to step in front of the camera for visual cameos, or talk up the property even more through recorded voice-overs. Whether you have a script or are a master improviser, we are prepared to make your personal presentation of the home as spectacular as possible.

Depending on where your listing is located we will show up early in the morning when the sun is rising, or late at night while it falls to amplify your listing and show the beauty that it has to offer.
The Matterport 3D scan allows you to get a virtual walkthrough of your listing and create a better connection to your buyer and the home.
Have an empty house? Choose us to virtually stage for you. We use multiple softwares and cross reference editing softwares to produce the best and most realistic staging options possible.

**As a stand alone purchase, reels are subject to a 2 item minimum.
The 2+ reels will utilize different trending styles to showcase the listing. Dynamic movement, speed, zoom, and trends will provide fun and unique montages of the home. Each reel is paired with a trending social media sound clip, which will be specified upon delivery so you can attach it correctly when you post.
PLEASE NOTE: This reel package does not include you or any person in on screen appearances or voiceovers, and does not apply more complex trends or transitions. Please see the Content Creator Reel package, which will provide those styles at an additional cost.
For an additional $95, you can be apart of your “Cinematic” real estate video with on body mics and scripts.
