Frequently Asked Questions

  • It depends on the package or service you select, and the property size. Our most popular package, the Pro package, typically takes an estimate of 1-2 hours to shoot. Add-on services may each add 30 minutes to an hour. Shoot duration is also subject to change based upon possible equipment difficulties, power outages, entrance delays, last minute staging needs, etc.

  • No, we do not require realtor presence. It is up to you if you would like to be there. However, if you do not plan to be present, we require detailed communication on property access whether it be hideaway keys, pass codes, seller contacts, etc. As an insured and licensed business, Pineview Productions is held to the highest standard of safety and respect to your property whether or not you or your seller are present.

  • Direct payment through the invoice you will be sent following the services is preferred. If you would like to use another method, we can discuss it in your scheduling call.

  • Turnaround time is up to 72 hours, subject to change based on any special requests or post production changes. During peak season larger add-ons like video or matterport may extend beyond the 72 hour window.

  • When the media is ready, if you purchased a PRO or ELITE package, you will recieve a link to a custom website, where all media can be downloaded at high quality and easily inserted into MLS. The BASE package and other al la carte services are shared via Google Drive or DropBox, which when downloaded correctly will maintain quality.

  • It is up to you to ensure that the property meets the standards of both you and your sellers (staging, cleaning, etc.). When we arrive we will make sure that all lights are turned on, all blinds are lifted, and certain clutter is cleared out of shots (soap dispensers, garden hoses, etc.).

  • The cinematic video does not include a realtor feature, however if you wish to include your own cameos and/or voiceovers whether scripted or improvised, a production fee of $95 will be added to the service.

  • To best serve our realtor community, we charge by the photo count rather than square footage so you can count on a high quality, affordable service no matter the size of the property. For larger properties that require more photos than your chosen package includes, an extra 20 photos can be purchased from our add-on services.

  • Properties over 45 minutes of one-way travel typically require an additional fee starting at $75. Fees depend on the added time and distance to the location, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis, which can be discussed in your scheduling call.

  • For cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, a $50 fee may be charged.

Our Process | What To Expect

  • 1. Schedule

    Reach out to us via call, text, email, or fill out the form below to work out the details of your shoot. Please include the address and any preferences or critical details.

  • 2. Prepare

    Make sure the property or shoot setting is tidy and staged to your desired standard. If you plan to appear in any content, come camera ready with a basic idea of spoken dialogue you want included.

  • 3. Shoot Day!

    We will arrive at the established time, make sure all lights are turned on and blinds are lifted, then capture the content! See FAQs for more shoot related specifics.

  • 4. Post Production

    We will upload, edit, and prepare your content for final delivery, which can be expected 2-3 days after shoot day. 24 Hour turnaround is available at an additional cost (see fees section above)

  • 5. Delivery

    Depending on the service, we will deliver content via HD Photohub custom website, dropbox, or google drive. You will receive the notification and can reach out with any questions!

  • 5. Transaction

    After your service is completed and delivered, we will send an invoice to your email for easy direct payment. You may also request an alternative payment method.
