What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time is up to 72 hours, subject to change based on any special requests or post production changes.

Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?

No, we do not require realtor presence. It is up to you if you would like to be there. However, if you do not plan to be present, we require detailed communication on property access whether it be hideaway keys, pass codes, seller contacts, etc. As an insured and licensed business, Pineview Productions is held to the highest standard of safety and respect to your property whether or not you or your seller are present.

How long does a shoot typically take?

It depends on the package or service you select, and the property size. Our most popular package, the Pro package, typically takes an estimate of 1-2 hours to shoot. Al la carte services like a Zillow Tour may take 30 minutes to an hour. Adding a cinematic video or Matterport 3D will each add an additional hour. Shoot duration is also subject to change based upon possible equipment difficulties, power outages, entrance delays, last minute staging needs, etc.

Do you charge travel fees?

Properties over 50 miles or 1 hour of travel typically require an additional fee. Fees depend on the added time and distance to the location, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis, which can be discussed in your scheduling call.

Do you have cancelation fees?

For cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, a $50 fee will be required.

Do you charge by the square footage?

To best serve our realtor community, we charge by the photo count rather than square footage so you can count on a high quality, affordable service no matter the size of the property. For larger properties that require more photos than your chosen package includes, an extra 20 photos can be purchased from our add-on services.

How do I prepare my property for a shoot?

It is up to you to ensure that the property meets the standards of both you and your sellers (staging, cleaning, etc.). When we arrive we will make sure that all lights are turned on, all blinds are lifted, and certain clutter is cleared out of shots (soap dispensers, garden hoses, etc.).

Will I, the realtor, be in the cinematic video?

The cinematic video does not include a realtor feature, however if you wish to include your own cameos and/or voiceovers whether scripted or improvised, a production fee of $95 will be added to the service.

What are the payment options?

Direct payment through the invoice you will be sent following the services is preferred. If you would like to use another method, we can discuss it in your scheduling call.

How will I receive the finished product?

When the media is ready, if you purchased a Pro or Elite package, we will build a custom webpage for you, where all media can be downloaded at high quality. The base package and other al la carte services will be shared via Google Drive, which when downloaded correctly will also preserve media quality.
