Turnaround time is up to 72 hours, subject to change based on any special requests or post production changes.

No, we do not require realtor presence. It is up to you if you would like to be there. However, if you do not plan to be present, we require detailed communication on property access (hideaway keys, pass codes, seller contacts, etc.) Pineview Productions is fully insured, licensed, and committed to the highest standard of safety and respect to your property whether or not you or your seller are present.

It depends on the package or service you select, and the property size. Our most popular package, the Pro package, typically takes an estimate of 2 hours. Add-on services —zillow tour, cinematic video, Matterport 3D, etc.— add an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour. Shoot duration is also subject to change based upon possible equipment difficulties, power outages, entrance delays, last minute staging needs, etc.

Properties with a one-way travel over 50 miles~1 hour typically require an additional fee. Added charge will depend on the time and distance to the location, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis, which can be discussed in our scheduling communications.

For cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, a $50 fee will be required.

To best serve our realtor community, we charge by the photo count rather than square footage, so you can count on a high quality service no matter the size of the property. For larger properties that require more photos than your chosen package includes, an extra 20 photos can be purchased from our add-on services.

It is up to you to ensure that the property meets the standards of both you and your sellers (staging, cleaning, etc.). When we arrive we will make sure that all lights are turned on, all blinds are lifted, and certain clutter is hidden (soap dispensers, garden hoses, etc.).

The cinematic video does not include a realtor feature as is, however if you wish to include an on camera presence and/or voiceovers a production fee of $95 will be added to the service. If you do plan to be in the video, preparing a script/outline ahead of time can be helpful but is not required.

Direct payment through the invoice you will be sent following the services is preferred. If you would like to use another method, we can discuss it in our scheduling communications. 

When the media is ready, if you purchased a Pro or Elite package, we will build a custom webpage for you, where all media can be downloaded at high quality. The base package and other al la carte services will be shared via Google Drive, which when downloaded correctly will also preserve media quality.
